Guidepost Wellness Affiliate Program
Introduction:
Guidepost has established an experienced Board of Directors that determine and guide our
company decisions. Our board includes individuals who have years of business experience in
the health care industry. The board also includes other service providers in related fields
of care. Our Board of Directors is critical to our successful delivery of services and our growth.
The Affiliate Program is a means of establishing GuidePost Business Partners across the US.
Purpose of Affiliate Program:
Guidepost established the affiliate program for the following goals and objectives:
• Extend the reach, availability, and growth of Homoeopathic Medicine.
• Train and educate more people on the benefits of Homoeopathic Medicine.
• Expand the Homoeopathic Caregiver Registry.
• Provide business opportunites within the Homoeopathic community.
• Ensure the availability of software designed specifically for the Homoeopathic community.
In order to meet the above goals and objectives, Guidepost Wellness will need the help of motivated affiliates.
Structure of Affiliate Program:
Affiliate Partners will be assigned Service Areas by Zones, State, and County. Each affiliate company will
serve and operate as an independent business entity Doing Busines As (DBA) Guidepost Wellness.
Each affiliate business owner or his assigned principal will also serve as the WC (Wellness Coordinator)
for his assigned Service Area.
General Responibilities of the WC (Wellness Coordinator):
It would be impractical to list all of the duties of a WC here. Some general duties include:
• Recruit, train and supervise homoeopathic caregivers.
• Solicit and educate care-seekers on the benefits of Homoeopathic Medicine.
• Present, explain and train the Guidepost Wellness Protocol to care-seekers.
• Develop the Client Care Plan.
• Document the Client Care Plan and all related activities in the Guidepost Management Software.
• Establish billing rates for your service area.
• Monitor the Client Care Plan progress and adjust the plan as necessary.
As you can see, the role and responibilities of the WC are critical to the success of both
the wellness and business plans. Obviously as your company grows, some duties will be delegated
to others.
